Katy Katzman, who farms with her husband Wes and their two adult sons, Jake and Aaron, prioritizes providing good meals for their harvest staff at Katzman Farms.
As Business Manager, Katy's role is multifaceted:
she serves as the HR department, parts runner, PR department, bathroom cleaner, bookkeeper and everything in between.
Katy spends 2-3 hours daily preparing 15-20 meals for the team, in addition to her morning preparations, to keep morale high.
