An employment tribunal awarded £32,583 to a former NHS worker removed from a training scheme for being "slow and inaccurate".

Yasmin Barron, who experienced recurring migraines and a depressive episode, was criticised for not working at the same speed as her peers.

She was "in survival mode" and "just trying to get through each day".

Barron was removed from the three-year coding scheme at the Medway NHS Foundation Trust, where she had worked since 2013.
