Jermaine Minter Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison

Jermaine Minter, a 42-year-old man from Dickinson, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple charges involving a minor.

Minter initially pleaded not guilty to all 8 counts, but later changed his plea to guilty on all charges.

The case was prosecuted by Stark County State’s Attorney Amanda Englestad, and Minter was represented by public defender Jodi Lynn Collinger.

For the six misdemeanor charges, Minter received the maximum one-year prison term for each count.
