Governors from 14 states and 1 U.S. territory have formed a new nonpartisan initiative to coordinate and address health threats across state lines.
The Governors Public Health Alliance aims to facilitate data sharing, communication, and coordination among states and territories on health threat detection, emergency preparedness and response, public health guidance and policy, and deployment of experts.
“Viruses and illness don’t stop at state borders and our preparedness shouldn’t either,”
