Centre Proclaims Down Syndrome Awareness Month

About 1 in 700 children born has Down syndrome, and the community has many people living with the condition, often with families, who advocate for their rights.
The group encourages people to recognize the rights, abilities, and potential of individuals with Down syndrome and creates space for them to be self-advocates.
