Helen Mirren has been named the recipient of the Golden Globes' 2026 Cecil B. DeMille Award, a lifetime achievement honor recognizing exceptional and lasting contributions to the entertainment industry.
The award will be presented on January 8, 2026, during the Golden Eve primetime special on CBS and Paramount+, which will celebrate the Golden Globes' two honorary awards: the Cecil B. DeMille Award for film and the Carol Burnett Award for television. The recipient of the Carol Burnett Award has not yet been announced.
“Helen Mirren is a force of nature and her career is nothing short of extraordinary,” said Golden Globes president Helen Hoehne.
