Marsy’s Law for Wisconsin, in partnership with the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association and the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, is organizing a webinar dedicated to ethical media coverage concerning crime victims.

- Protecting survivors from unwanted attention
- Utilizing victim stories to benefit both reporters and survivors
Additionally, the webinar will explain how these ethical practices relate to Wisconsin's constitutional amendment known as Marsy’s Law, which ensures victims’ rights such as privacy, notification, and involvement throughout the justice process.
