Plans have been submitted to convert B-listed buildings on Edinburgh's Princes Street and Hanover Street into 24 serviced apartments and office headquarters.
The buildings, located within Edinburgh's UNESCO World Heritage Site, are currently in a semi-derelict state and have been vacant for several decades.
Destiny Scotland has appointed Studio LBA as the lead consultant and architect for the project, which will supersede previous planning permission and modify the proposals to the roof level.
The properties will retain the first-floor commercial space as an office for Destiny Scotland, with the newly-submitted proposals having similar layouts to the previous consent for 30 serviced apartments.
The B-listed buildings are to be transformed into serviced apartments and office headquarters.
