Sofidel America Expands Ultra-Premium Tissue Capacity
Sofidel America will invest in a new 75,000-ton tissue production line in the United States, featuring a 5.6-meter Through-Air-Dried machine and full automation.

The new line will utilize advanced automation and control technologies, including a Distributed Control System and a Quality Control System, optimized for fiber savings and improved product quality.
Valmet’s delivery scope includes a complete tissue production line with Mill Engineering and stock preparation equipment, featuring an Advantage ThruAir 200 machine.
