Mexico has become the leading exporter of electric vehicles to the United States, surpassing Japan and South Korea.
According to the EvolvX Mexico Mobility Report by Latam Mobility, Mexico exported 145,000 electric vehicles to the US last year, primarily models by General Motors, Ford, Stellantis, and Toyota.
The report reveals that Mexico's export figure exceeds that of traditional leaders Japan and South Korea, which exported 135,000 units each.
