False Conflict: Colorblindness and Section Two of the Voting Rights Act

Kerel Murray has posted a draft of her latest article to SSRN, titled False Conflict: Colorblindness and Section Two of the Voting Rights Act, which will be published in the Fordham Law Review next year.

Murray recently filed an amicus brief in the case of Louisiana v. Callais with the help of a team at WilmerHale, relying on her article for the brief.

I’m grateful to Professor Hasen and the Election Law Blog for letting me draw on the Article and the brief to blog about three points that I think are key to the case.

Author's summary: Kerel Murray discusses her article on colorblindness and Section Two of the Voting Rights Act.
