Arsonist Pleads Guilty to Firebombing Governor's Residence

Cody Balmer, a 38-year-old man from Harrisburg, has pleaded guilty to all charges against him, including attempted murder and terrorism.

He appeared in person at the Dauphin County Courthouse in Harrisburg and pleaded guilty to charges such as attempted murder of Gov. Josh Shapiro, aggravated arson, burglary, and over 20 counts of arson.

Balmer was accused of firebombing the Pennsylvania governor's residence in April.
