Party Animals Win Inaugural Banana Ball Tour Championship
The 2026 Banana Ball schedule was released on Thursday, but before the new season begins, the current season concluded with the Banana Ball Tour Championship Final on Saturday night at Grayson Stadium.
The final match was between the Party Animals and the Firefighters, with the Party Animals advancing to the final after defeating the Tailgaters, and the Firefighters beating the Bananas.
The Party Animals emerged victorious, winning 4-0, largely due to the performance of starting pitcher Garett Delano, who pitched seven innings and registered five strikeouts.
“We dance, we do all kinds of stuff, we work fast, but I just focused on pitching. I felt like a pitcher again, and I’m better that way,”
said Delano, who started with the team in 2022.
