SFHA Recognised for Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) has been awarded the Diversity Network Accreditation Award by the Housing Diversity Network (HDN), recognising its strong leadership, culture, and practice in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across the organisation and its membership base.
The accreditation celebrates organisations that demonstrate excellence in embedding EDI principles into governance, recruitment, staff development, and engagement with members.
The assessment highlighted the SFHA’s commitment to creating an inclusive environment where staff, members and partners feel valued, respected, and able to thrive.
