AdHoc Studios has delivered a promising response to the growing fan demand for a second season of its acclaimed adventure game, Dispatch. A senior company representative confirmed that the team is currently considering a follow-up season but has not yet made any official commitment.
The episodic adventure, developed by a studio founded by veterans of the now-defunct Telltale Games, features actor Aaron Paul and captured global attention upon its October 2025 release. The title reportedly sold over one million copies within its first ten days on the market, even though its final two episodes are still pending release.
Since the game's debut, fans have consistently requested more content and a potential Season 2. Responding to this enthusiasm, AdHoc Studio co-founder and Chief Creative Officer Pierre Shorette addressed the topic during the The Friends Per Second podcast hosted by SkillUp.
“We're gonna have to at least think about Season 2 now,”
Shorette’s comment came as a reaction to the game’s significant success but emphasized that any decision on new content remains under consideration.
Episodic adventure titles have long had a presence in the gaming industry, and Dispatch continues this legacy by blending cinematic storytelling with player-driven choice and emotional depth.
AdHoc Studios is weighing the possibility of a second season for Dispatch after the game's strong launch and fan demand, though no future plans are confirmed yet.
