Company Background

Its first data center was launched a month later after signing an acquisition and power assignment agreement with Digital Asset Management LLC, a company owned by BluSky's CEO and based in Wyoming.

"BluSky AI, not to be confused with social media service Bluesky, was previously a mining company known as Inception Mining before rebranding as a modular data center company in April."

The company formerly operated the Clavo Rico gold mine in Honduras, which it has since sold to Mother Lode Mining.
