Michael Bublé joined Second City icon Eugene Levy during the season 3 finale of The Reluctant Traveler, where they shot, scored, and sang together. This Apple TV+ travel show wrapped its third season with Levy exploring Vancouver alongside the beloved B.C. singer.
Before meeting Michael Bublé, Eugene Levy—originally from Hamilton, Ontario, and who hadn’t visited Vancouver in 25 years—acted as a travel guide, praising the city warmly. Despite rainy weather, he enjoyed walking the seawall and later visited Granville Island market, engaging with local shopkeepers.
These familiar praises captured what makes Vancouver appealing according to its residents.
For his stay, Levy settled into a charming oceanfront house in West Vancouver. He also appears in the documentary You Had to Be There, which covers the 1972 Toronto production of Godspell.
“One great thing about Vancouver is bad weather rarely hangs around,” Levy remarked, enjoying a glass of red wine on the deck.
