The premiere for the fifth and final season took place Thursday at the iconic Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles, uniting the entire cast and crew.
“Stranger Things” first debuted on Netflix nine years ago, captivating audiences with the mysteries of Hawkins and beloved characters who have driven five seasons of compelling storytelling.

The story is set in the fall of 1987. Hawkins remains deeply affected by the opening of the Rifts, with the characters united in their mission to find and kill Vecna.

Adding to their challenges, the government has placed Hawkins under military quarantine and intensified its search for Eleven, forcing her back into hiding.
Between volumes, fans were treated to moments like Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour sharing laughs on the red carpet and the first five minutes of the final season revisiting Will Byers’ disappearance in 1983.
