Fengate Breaks Ground on New Seniors’ Community in Oakville

Representatives from LiUNA, Fengate, Seasons Retirement Communities, Hi-Rise Group, SG Constructors, and Oakville Mayor Rob Burton took part in the groundbreaking ceremony for 1105 McCraney, a new seniors’ community in Oakville.

Project Overview

The 1105 McCraney project is led by the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada (LPFCEC) in partnership with Fengate, Seasons Retirement Communities, and The Hi-Rise Group. This development marks the first in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for the expanding Seasons portfolio.

Seasons Retirement Communities currently operates 15 residences in Ontario, eight in Alberta, and two in British Columbia, with additional projects underway.
