Unofficial Local Election Results Released
The votes have been counted and unofficial results for the local elections are now available. Laura Parra and Catherine Gutierrez won the two city council seats in districts two and three, each defeating their incumbents by more than 7%.

- Municipal Judge: Edgar Davalos retained his seat in municipal district 113 with 62% of the vote.
- School Board District 1: Daniel Krowl will continue to serve, winning over 60% of the vote.
- School Board District 2: Brandy Johnson won the open seat with 37%, beating Kevin Zachek by 10%.
- Soil and Water Supervisor: Joel Nanez won in Deming by a tight margin of 4%.
Bond Measures
Both General Obligation Bond proposals for the City of Deming and Deming Public Schools passed by large margins.
