Senior management major Ella Macduff and her mother, Terri Macduff, spent an eight-hour road trip discussing their personal struggles, leading to the discovery of their shared passion for mental health awareness.
This conversation inspired the creation of their mental wellness brand, Chasing Red Flags, which promotes "authenticity over perfection." The brand officially launched in January 2024.
As part of their brand, Ella and her mother published a self-reflection journal titled "Let's Get Real."
Their goal is to break the silence around mental health.
