Infrastructure manager Ancala has created Hausheld Group by merging its existing metering businesses, Hausheld AG and Solandeo, and acquiring Mako 365 and GreenPocket.
GreenPocket is a smart energy software specialist providing data-driven solutions to optimize energy consumption and accelerate the energy transition.
Mako 365 offers fully automated market communication services for energy suppliers and metering point operators, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient data exchange in the German energy market.
- Hausheld AG CEO Bouke Stoffelsma will lead the Hausheld Group as CEO.
- Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
