Yukon Territorial Elections and Plebiscite
Yukon voters are heading to the polls for the November 3 territorial elections and plebiscite vote. After a month of campaigning, eligible voters can cast their ballots for a member of the legislative assembly (MLA) and vote on the plebiscite at polling locations in every electoral district.
According to Chief Electoral Officer Maxwell Harvey,
unofficial results for the territorial elections and plebiscite will be released as soon as possible after polls close, with official results to follow a few days later.
- Voter turnout has reached 24 per cent, based on the November 2 noon report from Elections Yukon.
- This number reflects those who voted at advanced polls and by special ballot so far.
