Special Screening at Buncrana Cinema
Buncrana Cinema will host Donegal's first public screening of the documentary Still He Waits on Thursday, 6th November at 8:15pm.
Directed by Paul McGuckin, the feature-length documentary explores the founding of Sliabh Liag Distillers and Ardara Distillery.
The film had its national premiere earlier this summer at the Galway Film Fleadh.
A conversation with Paul McGuckin, distillery founder James Doherty, and Daithí Ramsay will follow the screening, along with whiskey tasting.
'Still, he waits' brews up James' deep-rooted desire to belong to one place, to find his true home.
