CPS Announces Charges Following Incident on LNER Train
The Crown Prosecution Service has announced charges against a man following an incident on a LNER train from Doncaster to London.
Anthony Williams, 32, has been charged with:
- 10 counts of attempted murder
- 1 count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm
- 1 count of possession of a bladed article
The incident occurred on Saturday, 01 November, 2025.
The CPS has provided guidance for victims and witnesses, including those of rape and serious sexual assault.
