The Crazy Cat Lady is a new NPC who appears in the Underground Music Venue, a secret location inside Crystal Cove. To find her, provide the Chaotic Enchanted Relic to the white crystal and walk behind it to the left side to find a hidden door that leads to the Underground Music Venue.
