Taylor Swift has surprise released an unplugged version of her song 'The Fate of Ophelia', titled 'The Fate of Ophelia (Alone in My Tower)'
The acoustic version is a stripped-back take on the original, featuring Swift's strumming and vocals, without the dance pop beat and layers of keyboards, Omnichord, piano and pedal steel.
The song is available for a limited time as a single CD, along with an instrumental version and the acoustic take.

This release comes as a surprise, with Swift opting for a more subdued approach, unlike the elaborate costumes often seen on Halloween.
