Circleville, Ohio — The City of Circleville and the Village of Tarlton have rescheduled their Trick-or-Treat nights due to rain in the forecast.
Circleville officials announced that Trick or Treat will now take place on Saturday, November 1, from 4 to 6 p.m., instead of Thursday, October 30.
Mayor Michelle Blanton said the decision was made to ensure “safe and dry conditions” for families and young trick-or-treaters.
The city will also host a Halloween movie night on October 31, where costumes are encouraged, at Ted Lewis park.
