President Donald Trump's failed assassin, Ryan Routh, is requesting to be imprisoned in a state that permits assisted suicide after being found guilty in federal court.
Routh, who represented himself during his trial in September, was quickly convicted by a jury on all five counts related to his plot to assassinate then-presidential candidate Trump at his golf course in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Ahead of his sentencing hearing on December 18, Routh faces a potential life sentence in prison.
Routh was convicted last month in federal court.
