Rugby Wins Gold Award for 16th Consecutive Year
Rugby has achieved several awards at the prestigious Heart of England in Bloom competition, marking a blooming success.
The town's entry in this year's competition, run by the Royal Horticulture Society (RHS), followed the national gardening competition's theme, "Plants and People."

- Won the judge's discretionary award for Horticultural Excellence
- Received the Heart of England in Bloom Overall Winner award
Rugby has also been nominated for the national Britain in Bloom 2026 Small City category by the Heart of England region.
The town's submission included contributions from various groups, including schools, Butterfly Conservation Warwickshire, and Warwickshire Wildlife Trust.
