MIOSHA Offers Matching Grants for Small Businesses
Michigan small businesses with 250 or fewer employees can apply for the MIWISH grant program, which provides up to $5,000 in matching funds for safety equipment and training.
The program aims to reduce workplace injuries and illnesses by offering a dollar-for-dollar match of up to $5,000 for qualifying employers to purchase safety and health-related equipment.
"Through the MIWISH program, we’re not just funding projects — we’re partnering with small businesses to protect Michigan workers," said MIOSHA Director Bart Pickelman.
