Keurig Dr Pepper Shares Updates For Plan To Split Into 2 Companies
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has announced a timeline to separate into two companies by the end of 2026.
The two companies will be called "Global Coffee Co." and "Beverage Co.". This decision comes after KDP acquired JDE Peet’s in August and aims to split its soft drink and coffee businesses.
According to KDP CEO Tim Cofer, the goal is to create "two winning companies – a global coffee powerhouse and the most agile North American beverage leader"
