The Point/Arc's ZEC Market: A New Approach to Business

Gina Brockman, an instructor at The Point/Arc's Zembrodt Education Center (ZEC), has overseen the development of a complete business model since her arrival almost two years ago.
The ZEC, which opened on March 11, 2020, aims to increase growth and support individuals and families in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati region.
"We started discussing a revamping of entrepreneurship," she said. "We wanted our clients to gain job skills through owning their own business."
As a result, the ZEC Marketplace was created, providing a unique opportunity for clients to develop job skills through owning their own business.
