Fort Smith Director Kevin Settle Supports Waterpark Expansion
Director Kevin Settle is not backing away from his support of a Parrot Island Waterpark expansion, despite news of high water slide installation costs.
Acting City Administrator Jeff Dingman informed the board that the low bid for installation was $2.8 million, pushing the total cost to $6.35 million, exceeding the budget of $4.2 million.
