B.C. General Employees’ Union Strike Ends with Tentative Deal
The B.C. General Employees’ Union announced a tentative agreement with the provincial government, ending a nearly eight-week labour strike.
The deal includes a general wage increase of three per cent for four years, along with other benefits for its 34,000 members, pending a final ratification vote.
