Minister of Education Celebrates Mawuli School's 75th Anniversary
The 75th anniversary of Mawuli School was marked by a memorable address from Minister of Education, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu.
He underscored the importance of student-centred education and practical, skills-based learning in Ghana. The Minister emphasized that the student must remain at the heart of national education policy.
Our curriculum is being revised from kindergarten through to senior secondary school to incorporate artificial intelligence, coding, and electronics.
These changes aim to prepare young Ghanaians for a rapidly evolving technological world. The Minister also highlighted the role of discipline, integrity, and character formation in schools.
We will not tolerate indiscipline in our schools, including cases where teachers abuse learners.
