CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom have acquired Manx Telecom from Basalt Infrastructure Partners.
Infrastructure fund manager CVC DIF is investing through the DIF Infrastructure VIII fund.
Manx Telecom, founded in 1987, provides broadband, fixed line, mobile, and secure data services.
