Design Essentials, a Black-owned brand, has pledged $250,000 to Spelman College in a long-term financial commitment to support and empower the next generation of female chemists and innovators.
This commitment comes after the brand celebrated 30 years in business, providing staple hair products to Black women and initiating efforts to uplift and support them.
As a member of the Design Essentials family, I’m incredibly proud to celebrate Spelman’s Homecoming.
The investment aims to contribute to the future of HBCU excellence.
