Crown Estate Expands Harwell East Lab and Tech District
The Crown Estate is planning a £4.5bn expansion of the Harwell East lab and tech district in Oxfordshire, delivering 4.5m sq ft of labs, offices, and homes.

Chief executive Dan Labbad stated the project is part of The Crown Estate's long-term plan to invest £1.5bn in the UK's science, innovation, and technology sectors over the next 15 years.
