John Bolton Pleads Not Guilty to Mishandling Classified Information
John Bolton, former national security advisor to Donald Trump, pleaded not guilty on Friday to charges of mishandling classified information.
Bolton, 76, entered a not guilty plea to 18 counts of transmitting and retaining top secret national defense information at a court hearing in Greenbelt, Maryland.
He was released on his own recognizance by Magistrate Judge Timothy Sullivan, with the next hearing set for November 21.
